When a detective chases down a member of an elusive group of ninja level bank robbers, she becomes the target of an assignation plot, that causes her to call on her brother... the leader of a criminal organization, who must aide law enforcement, in taking down this ruthless robbery crew. With the promise of immunity, they come out of hiding, but once they stop the bank robbers, they are all betrayed and arrested.
